This is beautiful
Amazing, I can easily see this in a book I owned
Beautiful picture; absolutely love your art style and lighting.
Thank you kindly, your comment means so much to me, working on the lighting was my favorite part!
Looks fantastic! I really like the lighting and the way you've broken the character into such lovely shapes. I really like how dark and atmospheric all of your "Once Upon a Time" illustrations are.
Thank you so much, I really appreciate that, I think this might be my favorite of the series, it was the first one I did and set the tone for the dramatic lighting and shadows
I enjoyed watching that short on the DVD, and I loved how you captured it.
Oh thank you so much for saying so! That means an incredible amount to me
You really have a great style. I love the use of shadows in this piece - there's not much in your background, but it still seems complex because of your use of lighting and shadows. Gorgeous.
The coloring is muted perfectly for winter. It really highlights the blood droplet.
Thank you most kindly, it was a challenge to get that teensy spot of blood to stand out from the picture, glad you like it!
This is amazing!! Love the coloring!
Ooooh I love the ethereal quality in this one! Brilliant illustration!
Wah so cool.
I'm in love with this...it reminds me of the storybook illustrations you first see in the Disney fairy tale films (referring to sleeping beauty and stained glass narrations from Beauty and the Beast)
Oh my god! Awesome!
That is fantastic SOOO HAPPY for yah I LOVE ONCE UPON A TIME. You are seriously like my artistic rolemodel!! I'm always made fun of by people who think I'm not going anywhere with my artistic career because its "just fanart" but you have shown that is possible to be a professional Disney fan artist and survive in the art world! Thanks so much for posting!!
That makes me glow inside, I am humbled to be any sort of inspiration, keep doing what you love!!
This is absolutely beautiful! I love the way you made the light fall in through the windows, and on the mother.
Woah, I don't know how to put it, but it is really nice ! I love the greys and blacks and how the mother is so bright in the gloomy winter light... What a great job you did !
